Operations/Productions Manager
Job Summary:
The Operations/Productions Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and supervising on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of event production, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Negotiate with Vendors for the best possible rates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event operations or production management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of event logistics, production techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
