Chakan, a 3-hour drive away from Mumbai, was set as our center stage for the event. The event witnessed an amalgamation of three countries – India, China & Japan.
Delegates from these major countries visited the event making it a huge platform for connectivity and gathering. To plan and execute this event was a heavy task which almost took months of brainstorming leading to a successful event.
The massive Mahindra Plant was converted into a beautiful banquet for the ceremony. The culture of India was depicted to the countries via different art forms and Indian Folk Dances like Bhangra, Bharatanatayam, etc…
Overall the event was miraculous and was prospected as an enormous success.
