Client Servicing Manager

Job Summary: 
The Client Servicing Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status. 
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during project execution. 
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings and events as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of the event industry and project management tools.
