Business Development Manager

Job Summary: 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our event management company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing new projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the event industry and a proven track record in sales and business development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. 
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the event industry. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. 
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of the event industry and market trends.
